• The merchandise will be delivered to your registered address once it is available . 

• The fee for participating in the coffee cupping session is non-refundable after payment has been made. In the event that you are unable to attend the session, please notify us in advance. We may consider transferring your registration to a future session at our discretion.
• Please confirm your attendance by providing your full name based on your identification card (IC) for our record purposes. 
• Each order only allowed you to purchase ONE (1) TICKET. Please place a new order if you wish to purchase more than one (1) ticket.
